SATIS Framework · Operating Framework

One token holding. Several possible pathways. One documented framework.

The SATIS Framework distinguishes operations that are currently technically available, opportunities that depend on the market environment, and future system pathways that may open only under documented conditions.

01 · Operating map

Five different system pathways. Five different statuses.

Technical transferability of a token does not automatically make every market, settlement or future system function available.

01 · HOLD

Continued holding

A token holder may retain SAUSD or SAEUR in an Ethereum wallet under their own control.

Currently available
02 · TRANSFER

Wallet-to-wallet transfer

The token can be transferred to another Ethereum address. The transfer also changes the current ownership and wallet-control position.

Currently available
03 · MARKET

Market transaction

A secondary-market transaction may be possible in a suitable trading and liquidity environment, without a guaranteed price or volume.

Depends on the market environment
04 · PAYBACK

Conditional payback

A structured, discounted settlement pathway may be used only when the relevant operating and eligibility conditions are in force.

Conditional system pathway
05 · EVOLUTION

Future system pathway

A later SATIS function or token direction may become available only after separate technical, legal, economic and compliance approval.

Currently inactive
02 · System architecture

From the financing layer to the integrated SATIS system.

SAUSD and SAEUR represent the current financing foundation. The complete system may develop further transaction, energy, storage, data and origin-verification layers.

The layers do not have the same status: current token functions and long-term development directions must always be interpreted separately.

01Currently activeFinancing layer

SAUSD and SAEUR as Ethereum-based financing and system-connection tokens.

02Technically activeToken-ownership and transaction layer

Wallet control, ownership and ERC-20 transfer under the fixed contract logic.

03Development directionEnergy and storage relationships

Future system relationships aligning generation, storage and demand.

04Development directionData and origin-verification layer

Development direction for connecting verifiable data with demonstrable energy origin.

05Long-term directionIntegrated SATIS system

A later, coordinated system state of the energy, transaction and validation layers.

03 · Controlled balance

Two-sided protection. Documented control.

A two-sided balance can be maintained when token-holder flexibility and project operability are exercised under documented compliance control.

01 · TOKEN HOLDER

Decision flexibility

The holder may choose among different system pathways according to the options currently available and their own decision.

  • Wallet control and transferability
  • Clear status labels
  • Separation of risks and conditions
02 · PROJECT

Protection of operability

The framework does not create an unlimited, automatic or immediate repayment obligation.

  • Controlled primary participation
  • Conditional settlement pathway
  • Consideration of financial and operational capacity
03 · FRAMEWORK

Documented control

Conditional functions may be applied only under clear, effective and verifiable operating rules.

  • Eligibility and compliance gates
  • Version-controlled documentation
  • Separation of current and future states
04 · Transferability and market

Three concepts that are not interchangeable.

Technical transferability does not mean automatic market access, and market presence does not mean unlimited primary distribution.

01 · TECHNICAL FUNCTION

Wallet-to-wallet transfer

SAUSD and SAEUR can be transferred between Ethereum addresses. This is an on-chain capability, not a price, liquidity or settlement guarantee.

02 · MARKET ENVIRONMENT

Secondary-market transaction

Trading is possible only where market infrastructure, demand, supply and liquidity are available. The project does not guarantee the secondary-market price.

03 · PRIMARY CONNECTION

Controlled participation

Primary participation may be subject to separate contractual, eligibility or compliance conditions; it is not an unrestricted public mass sale.

Transferabledoes not equalguaranteed liquidityand does not equalunrestricted saleability
05 · Conditional payback logic

A discounted settlement pathway — not automatic redemption.

Payback may be a system pathway initiated by the wallet holding the token under separate operating and eligibility conditions.

It is not automatic 1:1 redemption, guaranteed repayment or a function available at any time. Any numerical settlement ratio may be interpreted only together with the complete conditions then in force.

01Current token ownership

The initiation may be linked to the wallet that actually controls the token.

02Effective operating conditions

The function and the relevant documentation must be in force.

03Project capacity and compliance

Settlement may be adjusted to the financial, operational, legal and compliance position.

Token-holder initiation

SAUSD or SAEUR in the current verified wallet.

Conditional settlement process

It opens only when all applicable conditions are satisfied.

06 · Token evolution

Current assets. A separate approval gate. A future system direction.

SAHYP is not a currently issued token, and holding SAUSD or SAEUR does not result in automatic conversion, migration or appreciation in value.

Future, inactive directionSAHYP

It may become a system function only as the result of a separate development, approval and documentation process.

Documented operation

The SATIS Framework is not a collection of promises. It is a framework of verifiable states and documented system pathways.

Exact eligibility, timing, settlement and compliance conditions may be applied only on the basis of official, version-controlled documentation. The website explains the operating logic but does not replace effective contractual and legal terms.
